1 / Payment form – refund
- If you stop using DTS TELECOM service after the event of not using the service for the above reasons, DTS TELECOM will refund the fee you paid to us corresponding to the time you have not used service (if any) minus the discount rate with the amount of Party A used in that charge cycle that Party A is entitled to because of prepayment. - Change Service Fee Package
- In case you want to change the specifications, packages, service packages of the service during use, please give DTS TELECOM via email, fax or phone.
